The project aimed to bring together participants in a 7-day non-formal education activity in a multicultural environment. The overall objective of the youth exchange is to broaden the understanding of the process by which young people create their social identity, to teach them about subcultures and their impact on social integration, thus strengthening intercultural dialogue and preventing racial, religious, linguistic and cultural divisions. The specific objectives of the project were: - To learn about the characteristics of urban subcultures and their members, - comparing the differences and finding links between the different subcultures, - finding a common identity and creating their own "subculture". The project addressed the objectives of Erasmus+ Key Action 1 by involving marginalised individuals, promoting intercultural dialogue, promoting diversity and the shared values of freedom, tolerance and respect for human rights, as well as developing critical thinking and encouraging initiative among young people, with a particular focus on young people with fewer opportunities and members of cultural minorities.
