The object of our project is to strengthen the capacity of employees and volunteers - youth workers in the field of sociotherapeutic work with youth. To learn from each other how to use the land of an organizations for social therapy of young people who come from socially disadvantaged backgrounds and are at significant risk of poverty (including the Roma community). We want to strengthen the key competencies of youth workers - teamwork, project thinking, knowledge of legislation, financial literacy, ability to motivate the young people and better communication with them. After the end of the project, we expect that participants will bring innovative and improved ways of working with children and youth to their organizations. They will bring more effective activities and new solutions to the problems of disadvantaged groups. They will improve their skills to find solutions (legislative and financial solutions) - how to use land as a garden for young people.
