Social entrepreneurship in eco-friendly way can be as good help in mitigating the impacts of the economic crisis on young people as any. And youth workers are the ones working with young people who have to be enriched by set of skills for support the employability of target group. The requirements are changing fast as any time before and we need to react on current situation. Their knowledge and skills must be updated, they have to enhance their creativity in order to transfer this knowledge to their target groups. Secondly, social enterprises help the communities because they are not profit-driven and work with those who are disadvantaged and in this case support environmental sustainability. These issues need to be addressed in all partner countries. The aim of the project is to support development of society in a green way. Objectives: - To share examples of ecologically friendly social enterprises in different countries and create an ecological social business plan to be used in the city - To gain entrepreneurial competences of participants which might be used for own professional needs but mostly to transfer to another young people - To spread awareness and improve youth work by creating follow up and workshops activities Youth workers should be innovative and creative, confident and developing new ideas get involved in active citizenship. For this reason it is important to involve participants from different areas in order to Our project works with youth workers, participants who are unemployed or tending to open enterprise to provide them with a set of entrepreneurial competencies. The European 2030 Strategy and the European Commission's work in the youth field has focused on two key issues: Employment and Sustainability. It is important that all the youth work to be carried out supports these aims. Within youth work in new and different sectors what a social entrepreneurship and ecology definitely are, we aim that participants develop new and different business lines and contribute to employment and to the social and ecological sustainability.
