What did we want to achieve by implementing our project? Wherever we live in the world, we cannot remain silent about changes and problems. Human psychology has no language, no religion, or race. Stress, anger, hatred, and happiness are human characteristics that exist in all of us. These features affect our quality of life. Therefore, this feature of a person who gets angry and overreacts immediately in the face of problems will cause them to stress and experience relation breakdowns. Even worse, it causes them to commit crimes. Stress, anger, happiness and fear are emotions that exist in every human being. However, these emotions should be kept at a certain level and lived in a controlled manner. For example, the feeling of fear is an innate emotion that every human being has. At a young age, we learn that our hands can be burned by the stove and we do not touch it, or we begin to fear heights at an older age. But this fear is a necessary fear because if we are not afraid of heights, we will jump down and die. Thanks to our project activities and social media dissemination, we tried to raise awareness of our participants, target group, and society about controlling these emotions and preventing the emotions we experience from leading us to undesirable results. What are the Goals Achieved by Our Project? - By contributing to the awareness of individuals about defining stress and anger, it was ensured that they were aware of the signals of both. - We helped people in our target group to discover the causes of stress and its effects on our behavior. -Individuals in society were helped to have comprehensive knowledge and to grasp their personal potential in order to control the stress in their lives. -We contributed to our target audience's awareness of their chance to prevent emotional, cognitive, and behavioral problems arising from anger control problems. - Our project participants and target audience were supported to acquire the necessary short and long-term methods and skills that they can apply immediately to cope with stress. - Awareness was raised about the need for widespread training on choosing the right ways of communication and how to communicate in stressful environments. -More people realized how the development of problem-solving skills of our participants and our target audience positively affects anger control. -We contributed more people to realize that the effects of improving our self-confidence and self-esteem are important for our stress management. - Awareness was created to both have a pleasant time and increase the permanence of education by making theoretical subjects practical with brain gymnastics on different subjects. -The importance of anger control in order to support the decrease in crimes was pointed out. European youth were made aware of this issue and they were encouraged to carry out studies that would support the spread of stress management and anger management trainings in their own communities. - We contributed to increasing the visibility of the Erasmus Plus program by reaching more young people. - Simple methods that can be used to cope with stress were introduced and support was created for learning the application methods. - By implementing a multinational project, cultural exchange among the participants was supported, and awareness was raised about correcting the false facts between countries and cultures. -Attention was drawn to the importance of establishing corporate communication and cooperation among our partners. -The foundations of future work were laid with our partners. - Young people with fewer opportunities were enabled to benefit from Erasmus Plus projects. - We contributed to the dissemination of youth workers mobility projects.
