While young people choose their professions, the features such as the profession's popularity, high income, and widespreadness are ignored and their skills and abilities are ignored. Why are business lives together such as loss of motivation, low efficiency and failure inevitable. It is for young people to become aware of their own abilities, to take into account their knowledge and wishes, and to acquire the skills to match the documents related to the profession to be chosen.
