Our project which will be realized in Denizli with between 18 and 30 years old, 18 women, 18 men, with 36 participants in total who will come from Turkey, Spain, Estonia, Slovakia, Poland, Portugal countries. It is very important for us to realize this project on a solid basis. In this context, the necessity of the project was revealed by performing a needs analysis. In the light of the data analyzed, to reduce the unemployment of the disabled, to increase vocational education practices in special education, Supporting activities to reduce disability unemployment in Europe and project partner countries, Raising awareness for organizing work environments so that individuals with disabilities can work, supporting linguistic and cultural development, increasing belief in equal opportunities and gender equality, erasing negative thoughts such as discrimination, prejudice and hostility from minds, providing creativity and self-confidence, Increasing the visibility of the Turkish National Agency and Erasmus+ projects, encouraging youth groups, non-governmental organizations to participate and realize new projects, and individuals will assimilate European Citizenship. These are our the main topics that our project emphasizes. As the target audience, individuals with disabilities and their families, young people who will become employers and trainers of recent times, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations and decision-makers who have duties in the mentioned dimensions, our participants are within the target audience and the outcomes of our project and It is set up to be between the ages of 18-30 who can deliver their impact to the target audience instantly. In addition, the possibility that we all become candidates with disabilities or parents of a disabled person necessitates solutions for the subject and supports the improvement efforts in force. In addition our project, will be held in Denizli which is above the Turkey disabled population average, our project will prepare the ground to meaning the outputs quickly output to be obtained.
