2/3 of our country's lands are under the threat of earthquakes with damaging intensity. Statistical analysis shows that a damaging earthquake occurs in our country every 8 months. Turkey in the last hundred years have occurred about 100,000 people lost their lives in the devastating 193 earthquake, 495,000 buildings were destroyed. Approximately 20,000 people died in the 1999 and Kocaeli earthquakes alone, a total of 334,000 houses were damaged, including 124,000 ruined-heavily damaged houses, 110,000 moderately damaged houses, and 100,000 less damaged houses, and the economic losses caused by these earthquakes reached 100 billion TL. Recently, our country has experienced the Elazig earthquake and unfortunately we have lost our lives. The success of both pre-earthquake preparatory studies and rescue efforts to reduce the earthquake hazard depends on the accurate and rapid earth crust deformations and earthquake observations and their delivery to the relevant institutions. In this way, the possible risks will be reduced, loss of life and property in the country will be prevented, and important data will be provided on informing, directing and educating the society. Measuring and opening the country seismicity to world standards will contribute to issues such as loss reduction and crisis management, as well as providing important information to be produced in other countries on an international scale and creating an important attraction center for our country. Here we can list our goals and goals in the light of the sentences we shared above and the words we said. -To raise awareness about earthquake in the local people who come to the events we will do with our stakeholders and our stakeholders about the earthquake. - Many people understand the importance of this issue with the activities that our participants will do after our project. - To provide new activities on this issue with the post-project outputs we will send to NGOs and municipalities. - In our country, various activities and speeches are passed as 1-7 March earthquake week. Most people do not know this week, although our country is an earthquake country. We aim to draw attention to the importance of this week with the activities we will do with our project and the posts we will make from our social media accounts and that many people will understand the importance of this week. -The formation of earthquakes, the dangers caused by them, and the preparation of earthquake preparedness (risk reduction) activities are shared with the society and made widespread (we will try to raise awareness about the activities of our project). -To raise awareness in order to support scientific and technical researches that will contribute to minimizing the losses of life and economic losses caused by earthquakes in our country. - To share the gains we can achieve with the NGOs, municipalities and decision makers by determining the earthquake and related earthquake hazard, in order to develop harm reduction, preparation, intervention and improvement practices, which are the main functions of disaster management. - To draw attention to the support of R&D-based information, service and product supply programs that are required by public institutions, especially the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization, to reduce earthquake risks. ). - To ensure increased awareness about earthquakes subject our people to achieve the leading country in Turkey's position in seismic research. -To provide an understanding of the importance of knowing basic first aid practices. -To teach basic first aid interventions specifically for our participants and to explain and teach them to as many people as possible through our participants. -To contribute to the key competences of our participants. -To contribute to the promotion of our city, to show our cultural heritage of our city to more people through our cultural nights, social media and our project. To be able to promote the Erasmus + program both by our participants and in the institutions we will visit. -More people can benefit from projects supported by Erasmus + program. - With a project funded by the European Union, we aim to bring our participants and students together with our activities, so that our students from Malatya will be able to imagine this program and imagine that students who have not left their city may perhaps go abroad through these projects. None of these goals are hard to reach. The motivation of us and our partners to achieve these goals is very high.
