Youth biggest challenge is social health and wellbeing issues, lack of personal confidence and youth unemployment. This makes young people frustrated and dissatisfied with themselves or the society leading to further issues with their behaviour, mental health, educational underachievement and future employability. We carried out this Project with the Main Objective: to improve the personal social health and wellbeing development, social inclusion, in particular, through this learning mobility opportunity for young people. We created international peers' community in order to exchange and share information, knowledge and positive experience from each other and to develop opportunities for future joint projects, progress and continuation of projects once funding runs out, to share opportunities and coordinate international field work on youth social health, wellbeing and employment. Other specific objectives of the Project were: to improve the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities; to promote social inclusion and active citizenship; to tackle the poverty and youth unemployment; to strengthen the youth work, collaboration and creation of further youth links between the youth field and the labour market. We focused on quality improvements in youth work, entrepreneurial learning and social entrepreneurship through enhanced cooperation between partner organisations in the youth field. The following issues and needs were already identified and we were seeking to address through this project: a) Consideration of working with other young people from different countries (language, culture and social background differences); b) Social inclusion, personal confidence and innovation; youth employment issues and skills development; access for disadvantaged; c) How to collaborate with each other in order to produce a positive practical result; d) How it will be done and what resources will be needed to make it informative, useful and valued by the other youth groups; e) How a wealth of ideas and ongoing work can be replicated and expanded to reach more youth and have a broader impact on young people's lives.
