Our project tackled issues such as the youth's unawareness of active citizenship, their passive attitude toward civic engagement, and their lack of motivation to instigate change in their communities. The project aimed to: Enhance the self-confidence and motivational skills of young people. Foster non-conflict communication, aiding in better self-understanding and understanding of others. Educate youngsters about community impact on identity and actions. Promote active participation, volunteering, and youth opportunities awareness. Develop competencies among youth leaders to work with diverse backgrounds and fewer opportunities. Foster multiculturalism and promote the Erasmus+ program. These objectives aligned with Erasmus+ goals, aiming to improve key competences, foster quality improvements in youth work, and complement policy reforms. The project's partnership was established through previous encounters among the contact persons of partner organizations and the coordinator in various Erasmus+ projects. Recognizing shared interests and effective collaboration methods, they maintained communication and identified common goals. When the coordinator presented the project idea, all partners acknowledged its significance and committed actively to participate and contribute.
