Objectives

To live life consciously, to enjoy life whenever possible, to discover the meaning in life in order to be able to lead one's life even in difficult times - these were the core objectives of this project, which can lead to higher self-confidence on the one hand and increased resilience in difficult situations on the other. Basically, it is about learning to live the art of (by no means always happy and good) life. To enjoy life wherever the opportunity presents itself. Enjoyment of life and mindfulness with oneself and the environment are necessary ingredients for this. Special attention has also been paid to the "courage for personal scandal". This is primarily about experiencing self-efficacy and consciously questioning norms and rules. In personal scandal, we experience that we are not standardized automatons, but living people of flesh and blood, each with individual needs and possibilities. This training course was about learning this art of living oneself, also and especially in difficult situations, on the one hand, and also about learning methods to pass this art on, especially to the growing generation of children and young people on the other hand. The development of an awareness of life to promote and strengthen self-confidence, as well as the discovery and use of one's own resources to discover and develop one's own self-efficacy are necessary elements for coping with different life situations. Particularly through artistic activities, the participants here should experience and expand the competence to use their own creative ability in the art of leading their lives. In this way, personal, professional and social-communicative competencies were strengthened.
