The focus of the 2020 program on providing skills and methods to professionals working with young people and their professional development will be represented in the project through their training for action in terrorist act , actions in bio-infection and quarantine as in coronavirus, performance in industrial accidents, action in case of radiation accidents, actions in case of migrant crisis, action in case of snowstorms, icing, strong storm and hail. Their level of skills and that of experts in general will improve. Their key competence as youth workers will improve for their future work with different organizations. Their quality of work will improve because they will know how to act in emergencies, which can always happen in their work and as we have seen in the last months given the crisis with COVID-19 and in our daily routine. One of the important goals is to see how much participants are familiar with the Erasmus + and EIR programs and they know specifically about young training workers. What we want to achieve here for the participants and their organizations to be able to “adjust the clock”, i.e. everyone can see where they are both individually and organizationally through implementation of the project and what is shown in it. Generally speaking, in the project we will try to set important questions of daily routine from 2020- Are there any rules? Why should there be? What are they?
