Working in small groups and dedicating time to reflection and debate will be the frame of the general methodology, we will also work on assuring a friendly and coloured working environment. Each partner will be asked to send a senior facilitator and a junior facilitator or potential facilitator. The facilitators will also support the individual learning sessions, on competencies’ development. The projects’ objective and activities are targeting directly the participants’ skills and competencies’ development especially when it comes to developing the social and civic competencies – through all the activities proposed, especially through the art workshops, the digital competencies – producing the video and the booklet. The Youthpass Diary is an instrument that will be created for the participants in order to keep track of their experiences and competencies’ development, through the training. The Diary will be built using elements of self-directed learning and asks the participant to map their experiences and the competencies developed through the activities. Each day, we will have time for reflection groups. Through the implemented activities the participants will be supported to acquire knowledge on global education, human rights, different cultures, non-formal active participative methods, critical thinking, teamwork and cooperation, intercultural competences and dialogue, develop creativity, are encouraged to be more open minded and participative. All these competences are directed to the acceptance and assuming the active role they have in their communities; usually young people complain and lament a lot about the things around which are not satisfactory enough for their expectations not realizing the can also (or mainly) contribute to the change they want to see around, to start from them and to generate the change by giving the first example of activism.
