The main idea of the project is to highlight the main problems related to the youth unemployment, as well as to their reduced culture and knowledge of the spheres in which they can develop. We think that sometimes it is not enough just to have the skills and knowledge, but also to know how to use them to be useful to the society and the sphere in which you want to develop. To mark opportunities and options that contribute to the activation of young people, as well as to strengthen their interest and motivation for work, as well as their knowledge on rights as equal citizens who want to thrive with knowledge and the skills they possess and to create adequate recommendations and options for the implementation of the marked (or part of them) options and options for searching for dream work. In order to achieve the main objective of the project, several sub-goals will be implemented, which are key to the success of the project. -highlighting major problems of reduced activity and youth interest; -Stimulating creative thinking of young people through various games and activities, stimulating communication and teamwork; -Marking of options for improving the awareness of young people through a series of information meetings, discussions and lectures on issues related to their civic activity; -The creation of a handbook of guidelines, which will be formulated and structured by the project participants themselves, which will serve to disseminate the ideas of the project, the results achieved and the lessons learnt by the participants; -Marking options to improve interaction and communication between young people and institutions on important issues affecting their civil activity and striving for improvement. -Improving a number of qualities, skills and knowledge such as responsibility, teamwork, adaptability, innovation, etc. -Creating adequate recommendations and options for the implementation of the given recommendations and options for activation of young people.
