What we achieved after the project period and activity: -develop our critical thinking as youths when we face challenges in regard to healthy lifestyle -and Youths: a)from partnership and target group are now more aware about healthy living b)more concerned on the topic because one day it can affect them or their people (like obesity and health problems mainly) c)they are more motivated to find more opportunities to be involved in project of health This project was about working with young people opinions about healthy living. We believe that nowadays young people don't pay enough attention about their lifestyle and how it affects them. It is important to have a perspective about future and how habits can change that. The main objective of this exchange was to promote responsible living as a human, taking care of your body and mind, to grow young people’s critical thinking about society's positive and negative effects on people and to empower to choose their own way in life. During this exchange we connected human body and mind health. We searched new methods and techniques how we can become more healthy on our daily basis and how we can become more calm and relaxed in this fast living century. While searching ways to achieve these goals, we shared intercultural differences and experiences due to this topic also experience about urbanization's effect on people lives, while living in rural area. During this exchange young people were involved in creating an event for local community on healthy body and mind topic. Participation in this exchange encouraged young people to make initiatives for changes in their life and to show positive example to others in the future.
