Environment and climate changeInclusion - equityIntegration of refugees

Objectives

The project aimed to address the interconnected issues of social injustice, environmental degradation, and migration through non-formal education and youth empowerment. Our primary objective was to transform participants' perspectives on these crises and empower them to take action in their communities. Specifically, we sought to: - Raise awareness of the links between environmental degradation and discrimination based on place of origin. - Highlight the exacerbating effects of climate change on forced migration. - Challenge common myths and stereotypes surrounding migration and refugees. - Foster a passion for environmental activism and social justice. - Equip participants with the skills and knowledge to become active agents of change in their communities. - Increase participants' employability and career prospects in the third sector. - Enhance participants' sense of initiative, entrepreneurship, self-esteem, and intercultural awareness. - Encourage active participation in society and future non-formal education trainings.
