The objective of our project was to raise the participants' understanding of gender roles and gender issues, and to make them more gender-sensitive. We aimed to encourage learning about gender and gender-specific issues, reflect on the issues in their nations, and distinguish steps leading to a gender-equitable society. By doing so, we hope to promote gender empowerment among young people to participate in participating countries, contribute to creating socially inclusive social orders, and produce various positive results, such as enhanced employability, increased self-confidence, intercultural awareness, and better perception of the European union. Ultimately, our project aimed to create a more gender-equitable society by addressing gender inequality and broadening gender awareness.
