We all live in an age where caring for the environment is one of the most important and discussed topics. Our lifestyles have a big impact on the world we live in now, through this we are facing global warming or other weather anomalies. It was a mobilisation for us to create this project, which also referred to previously organised by us youth exchanges under the ERASMUS+ programme with a similar theme. We wanted to keep mobilising young people through our workshops, we saw a great impact on the young people and their way of thinking. This was also the case this time. The young people were able to learn more about the environment, good habits and sustainability through participating in this exchange. They were able to discuss among themselves how to change their lives to make a positive impact on the environment. We wanted them to understand that as an individual they could do more than they thought. The project was also intended to be a mobilisation for the local community in their home countries. They were able to gain knowledge that they will share with others, once the exchange is over. The theme of the exchange refers to the important concept of the '3Rs', i.e. recycling, reducing and reusing. They were able to learn about the meaning of these three words, the difference between them and how this can be implemented in their everyday lives. We created a space where young people shared their experiences and good habits. Together, they looked for other solutions. Thanks to the different forms of our activities, through group work, action , brainstorming or lectures, the activities were interesting and varied. Everyone could find something for themselves. Nowadays, when the production of rubbish is inoffensively high, it is important to understand the scale of the problem. We often see bags of rubbish left in forests, smoking chimneys or wasted food. This should also be a signal for action. During the project, we were able to organise clean-ups of local villages and consume food consciously. We wanted to make sure that various activities of the programme were focused on public awareness and appealing to public consciousness about the environmental issues. We put a lot of work into preparing, together with partners, activities that would influence young people and their actions in the future. Our objectives of the project were: -To create a space where everyone shares their experiences, good habits and ideas to improve the quality of life and the environment, -Through a variety of our workshops, providing the knowledge necessary to continue working on environmental issues, -Know how to mobilise young people to take action on the environment, -Life-long learning and soft skills that will have an impact on participants' future lives, -Mobilisation of young people in the local arena, in their countries but also involvement in local politics connected with environment, -Demonstrate good practices and habits important for improving the environment, -To know about recycling, reusing and reducing, terms that are often confused and many people do not know how to do them, -Exposure to rational living, including conscious consumption, -Talking about and visiting parks with protected animals, showing the importance of living in symbiosis with other animals, -Create materials that participants can use in their future activities, -Developing personal knowledge and skills, ensuring the development of participants and broadening their horizons, -Checking participants' knowledge and development through joint evaluation, -Presenting the YouthPass certificate, it was also a tool for checking self-development, evaluation and summarising this learning and exchange.
