During our intensive project, we brought together young people from 4 countries and learned together about: 1) what is green economy skills, its objectives and principles; 2) how to build SMEs and small businesses based on green economy skills for young people; 3) guidance and counselling for young people in the online environment based on green economy skills; 4) strategic planning for green economy skills for new standard in the Europe. The objectives of this projects were : 1. Bringing skills for a green economy in order to understand changing requirements more thoroughly and to communicate into businesses 2. Improving quality of information, advice, and guidance available on careers in green economy 3. Raising awareness and understanding of the green economy through youth exchange 4. Bringing science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) skills as a priority for the green economy. 5. Developing green economy skills in the digital era
