Objectives

Act Together for Cleaner Future Youth Exhange supported the European Green Deal to make Europe the world's first climate-neutral continent by 2050, as it emphasized the great importance of reducing plastic pollution and waste, promoting sustainability and protecting biodiversity. Most of the waste & pollution stems from unawareness and negligence of people and societies. In order to make a positive step forward into more sustainable nature and societies, our project empowered young participants to learn new methods and ways to promote nature protection, sustainability and waste management. Therefore, for sustainable nature and societies in Europe, they can: * put their knowledge into practice and transform their lifestyle * make small but important changes in their social circles and communities and motivate other people to * benefit from international and intercultural opportunities and networks to share and learn good practices and new information on green transformation and sustainability. Project Objectives: Raising awareness to decrease pollution and plastic waste to protect seas and nature Inform young people about key concepts of sustainability, zero waste, carbon footprint, climate change, pollution and waste Promoting sustainable and eco friendly life style and encouraging young people to be more active and responsible Sharing and exchanging ideas and experiences about sustainability and pollution Improve critical thinking and initiation skills of young people to act for more sustainable and cleaner earth Promoting empathy, equality, solidarity, responsibility of and among young people for a better future Promoting intercultural communication skills and understanding of young people and develop their sense of being European Promoting Erasmus+ and youth participation and inclusion
