The aim of the project is to develop new skills and competences with which youth workers could change in some way the quality of life of youth with fewer opportunities and disability. For this aim we will create a single inclusive space for new ideas for social projects and social initiatives to be developed in. The KEY objectives are: - to empower youth workers to think in innovative ways of approaching youth-related topics & develop creative solutions to increase the impact & efficiency of youth activities; - show how to create and apply new practices by working together with the youth centre in Ida-Virumaa; - to develop new inclusive methodologies & tools that increase the effective participation of all project-actors; - to introduce participants to the concept & types of social initiatives and social projects; - to introduce the Youthpass certificate & the possibilities of the Erasmus+ program for future realization of mutual projects of participants; - to introduce participants to principles, specialties and methods of non-formal education and social engineering & to encourage the implementation of those skills in the future events, projects & youth activities; - to offer the space for learning of characteristic aspects & the specialities of the work and communication with inclusive groups, & to break the communication barriers between people with and without disabilities.
