Objectives: To explore understanding of current transition time; To explore community requests, trends, needs and required competences of XXI century; To explore the nature of support and to learn how to support ourselves and youth physically, emotionally and mentally; To expand knowledge about sustainable living in the frames of health, wellbeing, self- empathy and nurturing, and to develop an attitude towards it; To increase knowledge about meaningful communication with others and to develop the ability to use it on practice; To explore the nature of empathy, including empathic listening; To increase knowledge about compassionate leadership in the youth work; To improve abilities in balancing care for ourselves and others, and to learn how to give nourishing feedback; To create a toolbox filled with practical solutions, methods and tools to support youth with whom we are working and to share tools that we already use. The core values of the project are connections, empathy, unity, mindfulness and nurturing. We want our participants to experience being connected to themselves and to the world for a better understanding of their own place and their relationship with themselves and others; by understanding we mean internal and external interconnections and how they influence each other.
