The project focuses on two objectives: Τhe first objective of project can focus on and give solutions to youth priorities.Young people particularly at risk do not have equal opportunities in education, in sports or at work. So most of these young people have abandoned every effort to be active, live sluggishly, isolated and have no opportunity to share fruitful experiences or improve skills. So, dancing as a means of informal education can empower these young people. The first objective relates to the beneficial role of dancing on the grounds of athletic and physical improvement. The latter at the level of social and emotional empowerment especially for young people at risk Movement is one of the basic physiological needs for the individuals’ health and a sign of vitality. That is why it is important that the requirement of movement is met with appropriate conditions for each age and with appropriate methods, with respect to the fact that it will create social and emotional effects and will strengthen human biological structure. Inertness is certainly one of the greatest problems of humans in the 21st century. If living is moving, today’s man is living less. We are focusing on the fast step in our Project, as each country will teach one of their local dances to the other participants. That is why it is very important to start the project with an exchange of traditional dances, learning to start tightening the participants' relationships through dancing as it is a way of fun, expression of emotions and part of the tradition of every country.
