Objectives

Many NGOs do not have a strategic plan to guide the actions of the entity, much less a fundraising plan. How many times have we had the problem of preparing a project suitable for the call but that is not our project, the original one, the one we would like, the one that most matched the objectives of the entity? In this situation, and as youth workers that among many of our tasks are entrusted to us from our entity, we are placed to look for all kinds of lines that can cover those projects or activities that would otherwise be impossible to finance, such is the case, that before a grant call that we learned, we developed a project appropriate to the call but that is not our project. In the end, if they grant us the subsidy, we end up making a mix between what we have been doing regularly and what is required by the subsidy. These ways of functioning usually result in a loss of identity as a Youth Association that ends up undermining the organization. The partners will be detached from it and a small management team will remain, which with an activity similar to that of a service company, will carry out the projects that are commissioned from outside. For this reason it is essential to be clear about our project regardless of the subsidies we may request, that is, our project is prior to any call. Another different thing is that, when presenting it to a possible subsidy, we approach it from the most coincident aspect of the call. This training course arises with the purpose of giving resources to our entities and by extension to their youth workers on the knowledge of "new" actions, programs, lines and strategies within the framework of the European Union that allow us to adapt our project or activity to the framework that best suits your needs without having to fall into the presentation of projects in actions, lines or programs that do not fit the real needs and priorities of the entity and the program itself. In this way we can detail a series of needs that as entities and NGOs we consider: - Channel and take advantage of efforts and human resources (youth workers and volunteers of our entity) and materials necessary for the "good health" of our entity without creating non-existent threats. - Achieve greater satisfaction and consistency with respect to our purpose and the activities we carry out, on behalf of the entity as well as the youth worker and volunteers. - Work on European project designs, especially those most adapted to youth, such as Erasmus +, Europe for Citizens and Creative Europe. - Learn to detect which line / strategy is the most convenient for each project of our entity and have the ability to fit into a European financing program appropriate to our purpose and objectives as an entity. - Write our projects in a professional way while developing our network of European contacts, essential to ensure the success of our initiative - Knowing how to create the impact and dissemination online suitable for each line or program of each grant that we apply will be essential to ensure the success of our proposal. - Offer greater quality in our actions and tasks for our entity and target audience that falls on our activities, projects, etc. Exposed the needs, we will go on to detail the general objectives of the course: - Know how to detect the most appropriate programs, actions and lines for the needs of our entities and target audience. - Provide the youth worker with tools and skills in the detection, management and implementation of resources in the form of European programs, actions, lines and strategies beneficial to their target entities and audiences, especially those projects and activities that affect the most disadvantaged users . - Adapt the goals and objectives of their entities to appropriate European programs and lines and in coherence with the identities of their entities. - Adapt their proposals within the Erasmus + program to the most optimal actions and in coherence with the goals and objectives of their entities. The objectives of the TC can no longer be in accordance with the priorities of the ERASMUS + 2020 program: Provide workers in the field of youth with the skills and methods for their professional development, including digital work in the field of youth, necessary to convey the fundamental common values of our society, especially to young people with difficult access , and avoid violent radicalization of young people
