This project aimed to address two fundamental themes with the purpose of expanding participants' knowledge and refining their skills in both areas. The issue of the environment was addressed, and concurrently, the field of video production was explored. Given the current relevance of environmental learning, the goal was to raise awareness among participants and provide them with a deeper understanding of key environmental issues. This included researching environmental conflicts in their region, analyzing causes and consequences, evaluating current and potential actions at both the collective and individual levels in daily life. The primary objective was to foster awareness and the ability to conduct a critical analysis of reality, from reflecting on individual habits to understanding global dynamics related to the environment. Regarding video production, in an increasingly visual and digital world, it was considered useful to acquire basic notions of recording, including planning and camera handling from both a technical and aesthetic perspective. These skills were perceived as beneficial both personally and potentially professionally. The aim was to provide basic and straightforward concepts tailored to a group without prior knowledge, with the primary goal of conveying a passion for recording through practical experience and some basic theoretical foundations. Due to time constraints and the context, the expectation was not for participants to acquire deep knowledge but rather to develop a continuous interest in the subject. In the second part of the mobility program, after addressing both themes separately, sessions were conducted aiming to combine elements from both fields, culminating in the creation of videos by each group. Various format options were provided, such as short films, video clips, mock documentaries, or advertisements, with the condition of including environmental elements. In addition to these specific objectives, overarching general goals were established, all of great relevance: Understand and comprehend the local environment and culture. Facilitate cultural exchange. Foster the creation of human and interpersonal connections, as well as self-awareness. Promote language learning. Develop soft skills, such as public speaking, coexistence and adaptation to others, time management, leadership, and teamwork, among others.
