In our entity we see a need to tackle this problem among our 30 young people, as well as friends and family, to educate in equality and tolerance towards a more open Europe and without any type of ethnic or religious "border", because we must not forget that They are the first interested in living together among people of different cultures when having to look for opportunities outside of Spain, as this is happening. We believe that this culture of fostering cultural coexistence will bring with it the education of a more tolerant, dialogue and productive citizenship among our young people, which in the medium term can bring people more capable of assuming positions of responsibility in decision-making. We also see the primary need to provide information, training and tools to all the agents involved in the project in order to tackle the problem from the ground up, understanding the reason for this situation, analyzing its origins, detecting the imbalances and points of conflict. Intolerance towards immigrants and minorities in Europe is widespread. Eurobarometer data spring 2018 by the European Commission itself shows that a majority in eight EU countries share the opinion that there are too many immigrants, and almost half think the same about Muslims. Fears about the loss of culture, terrorism, crime and competition for economic resources help explain the rise of intolerance in Europe. Nor has religious and cultural extremism helped to build ties and points of dialogue, quite the contrary, the economic crisis and the "problem" of immigration makes us see with absolute passivity that religions emerge as an extreme point of support among citizens. and these sometimes tend to extreme positions, often confusing them with conflicts between religions that lead to hatred and violence. Objectives: 1- Raise awareness of the primary and immediate need in the current and next generation, to sensitize, empathize and value the role of structured and continued dialogue between the different communities and countries. 2- Create a culture of dialogue and conflict resolution through active listening and empathy, in order to reach common agreements of collaboration, tolerance, respect and a better path towards a more civic and humanitarian globalized citizenship. 3- Differentiate the different existing religions and how they are wrongly used to reach extreme points that threaten citizens. To achieve this, it is necessary, as the participants and associations participating in the project itself show us, from 0, analyzing: 1- The reason for the extreme points and the consequences that can be triggered at its highest levels. 2- The need to have valid resources to combat radicalism in a peaceful and educational way. 3- Create working ties at all levels between all the countries of the exchange. For later: A) Provide tools and resources based on social skills that help to sensitize all those agents attached to the project to become sensitized to the theme that we have worked on and thereby create a "shock wave" that at least helps to eradicate the most intolerant behaviors and xenophobias that lead to extremism in our closest fields of action. B) Understanding the problem of immigration, and approaching it not as a problem in itself, but rather as an opportunity to create collaborative ties, open borders and cultures and an engine that generates the economy, always in the strictest compliance with human rights and the legality of each country in force. All these needs are fully in line with the priorities of the program in 2020 and for K1 action in particular, when dealing with the issue of the inclusion of refugees and asylum seekers, by equipping participants, youth workers and volunteers with those skills. that facilitate the creation of communication channels and conflict resolution that lead to a more ethical and civic inclusion and positive globalization.
