Since an article appears in the Spanish constitution for the first time in 1978, that reflects a serious concern for the environment, although only in the last decades has there been a greater awareness of this problem in the population than has been reflected through of the implementation of environmental policies by the authorities (government and municipalities) and the movements carried out by the environmental activist sectors, which today comprise the first line of awareness. Generations of young people within these groups of environmental activists should be increasingly important, as it is through environmental awareness among the younger age groups that we will achieve effective change in the current world situation. In this way, we believe that EU leaders should take this opportunity to improve Europe and related policies, where we highlight the Cohesion Policies that defined 11 thematic objectives to support growth for the period 2014-2020 and within these policies, we highlight the objectives: 5. Promotion of adaptation to climate change and risk management and prevention and 6. Preservation and protection of the environment and promotion of resource efficiency. In this sense, the Green Arrow project proposed something innovative, inspiring and different where we wanted young activists to have a future of hope, in the area of non-formal education, considered as an area of development of skills, abilities, innovation and, for example, the domain of environmental activism. With the project, we planned to offer young people different opportunities that, for reasons related to their social and economic condition, life events and other problems, would not be possible. Taking into account the methodology of non-formal education and the use of methods that promote reflection on these learning moments, our objective was to help young people to know the skills they are gifted and what forms (tools, instruments, contexts) they can use to enhance and value them. In this way, the project promoted activities based on non-formal education in order to reinforce skills and provide participants with new tools so that, in this way, they achieve greater appreciation of the young European generation and the personal appreciation that it will provide them a wide range of options in the present and future. In this way, the network of partners of this project was made up of 6 partner organizations, which due to their experience and a cooperative and transparent relationship, were the ideal partners for the successful development of Green Arrow.
