With this youth exchange, we wanted to equip the groups with the necessary skills and tools to help them implement their initiatives in the contexts of identifying problems in their communities, addressing challenges and contributing to the development of society. To develop their skills, knowledge and capacities towards social entrepreneurship and labour market competences. The project places no limits on the interests of the participants; community development, education, health, energy, environment, youth, etc. and unites young people with an interest in social entrepreneurship regardless of the field in which they would like to work. In short, we have tried to help young people in the transition from unemployment to self-employment as social entrepreneurs. This project tries to help the personal development of the participants as a first significant result, but also the development of society and transnational cooperation in the long term. Youth initiatives are seen as drivers of positive change in societies and the project has tried to stimulate young people's competences to realise these. The partner organisations work in this field and are motivated to fulfil and reinforce the mission statements they have in their statutes. The common objectives have been the following: - To raise young people's awareness of social entrepreneurship. - To strengthen young people's sense of initiative in the social field to support their communities. - To equip participants with the necessary skills, knowledge and attitudes to implement their initiatives. - To increase the confidence level of participants and motivate them to start social enterprises. - To enable participants to overcome the fear of failure and improve their positive attitude towards the labour market. - To encourage transnational exchange of ideas and transfer of skills and to see the added value of diversity. - To promote tolerance, a sense of equality and solidarity; to respect intercultural and non-discriminatory dialogue and to foster social integration.
