DiversitY on the MOVE – PARTNERSHIP BUILDING ACTIVITY (hereinafter referred to as DYMOVE PBA) was a Partnership Activity that aimed to bring together European Organisations working on mobility projects, especially Youth Exchanges and Volunteering projects involving people with functional diversity. and wish to expand their contacts for future cooperation. This Activity brought together 13 participants from 5 European countries (Italy, Poland, Portugal, Latvia and Spain), representatives of the Partner Entities with a social nature within the framework of Functional Diversity. Through this PBA, the purpose was to take the first step towards a future plan for the regularisation of the mobility of people with Functional Diversity within the ERASMUS+ and CES programs so that the Inclusion priorities promoted by these programs are a process normal and have a natural impact (ie a process inherent to the programs and not considered a priority / exception). Through DYMOVE PBA, our objective was to bring together and provide space, time and resources to Organisations that work and provide opportunities for young people with functional diversity and with the intention and interest to organise mobility projects. THE OBJECTIVES OF DYMOVE PBA WERE: + Create a solid and reliable network of partners interested in organising Youth Exchange projects and Volunteering projects with young people with functional diversity. + Increase and improve the quality of Youth Exchanges Volunteer projects that involve young people with functional diversity. + Get familiar with other working methods and exchange good practices and experiences + Establish networking. + Improve cooperation between Organisations that work with young people with and without functional diversity. + Support the development of new projects within the framework of the ERASMUS+ and ESC programmes.
