With this project we have tried to develop skills in youth work in our organizations, exchanging knowledge, experiences and tools that facilitate, on the one hand, the development of young people and prevent their social exclusion based on, on the one hand, activities that promote their development social and economic in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, and on the other hand, facilitate actions that promote social inclusion in their communities, especially of the most vulnerable young people, migrants and minorities. Knowing first-hand how other organizations and professionals work, in their own contexts, allowed us to achieve learning that would otherwise be impossible. Living with another worker, knowing first-hand their reality, their context, their target group, etc. The proposed objectives are related to learning first-hand how each entity works, its methods, its resources, its projects and activities aimed at youth, focusing on two specific areas: - The social inclusion of young people in their communities, especially the most vulnerable young people, migrants and minorities. - promotion of the social and economic development of young people in line with the Sustainable Development Goals. With this learning experience, we were able to strengthen the skills of youth workers, as well as the rest of the organization, which was able to benefit from the experience of living together and sharing knowledge, methods and skills with the participants. We wanted to give an "impulse" to our daily work, helping us to improve the work we do in the youth field.
