Through "non-formal education", our project aims to provide participants with the necessary tools to enable them to translate their interests and concerns into viable proposals for youth organisation and participation. Thus, we believe that it is a clear example of what, from the "scouting method", we call "education for action" or what is the same, from the participant's point of view, "experiential learning". To this end, we set ourselves the following objectives, which are the ones that give shape to this multicultural exchange project: .-To provide the participants with leisure resources away from consumerism and sedentary lifestyles, offering them a range of activities that make them enjoy and be an active part of society. .-To bring them closer to volunteering, to solidarity with society, to introduce them to very different associations where they could enjoy and develop as active and committed people (as well as learning and gaining skills and experiences) (AVIVA SALAMANCA, Protectora Municipal de Beleña, Ayuntamiento de Guijuelo - Centro Joven ....). .-To make participants aware of the reality and social fabric of the communities in which they live, so that, according to their interests, they can carry out voluntary work there, helping them to become active people in their environment. .-To create a network of digital connections improving their competences and skills where they can share the results obtained and continue the work after the exchange. .-To create a documentary of the project where the participants contribute with editable material and to be able to show it both in our dissemination network and in the media of our localities. .-To get to know different cultures, through the cultural nights by countries and through the coexistence in mixed rooms and multi-country work teams. .-To get to know the Youthpass certificate through the activities described in this project, making the participants aware of its importance, their ability to individualise their own certificate, and its possibilities of exploitation. .-To introduce the European Voluntary Service as a possible option for the participants (a youth worker with more than 20 years in E+, Youth in Action and Youth for Europe came to introduce us to such a possibility), being an activity very much in line with the topics to be discussed and a real possibility where to exercise the proposed topics in the near future. .-During the pre-exchange phase, all participants should be involved to a greater or lesser extent, individually or in groups, in the elaboration of the activities, editable material, presentations, logos, etc. .-To maintain English as the language of the exchange in a way that allowed us to improve and develop our communicative skills in this language.
