"Si IMAGinas puedes" has been focused on expanding opportunities when it comes to accessing the world of work for young people, from an emotional perspective (promoting self-knowledge, self-management and motivation), which allowed reaching the participants, a more proactive and positive attitude towards professional development. Although today's young people are prepared and trained, the fact that the world is constantly changing makes the levels of demand increase and it is necessary to use new tools that allow adding value to their curriculum. Young people need to differentiate ourselves, in the recruitment processes, from other candidates, for this we must be aware of skills and attitudes that make a difference in the recruitment processes. In "Si IMAGinas puedes" the importance of the attitudes and skills that we have both when looking for and developing a job was highlighted, for this we have seen the importance of knowing how to manage emotions for the creation of an image realistic of our possibilities in the world of work. We have worked on emotional intelligence, the creation of a personal brand, knowledge of the world of work and the promotion of an entrepreneurial spirit. Young people have established the necessary techniques to face a job search based on parameters of quality, self-control and self-knowledge, through the implementation of synergies that facilitate exchange and constant improvement of the results achieved. Likewise, we made the young people of our environment participate in the knowledge learned, so that they are enriched and take as their own the objectives set and the actions to be implemented to achieve them. The general objectives of the project were: - Improve the skills, abilities and attitudes of young people, especially those related to the world of work. - Create spaces for exchange and continuous learning to strengthen the tasks carried out by institutions in favor of youth for their active participation in social, cultural and labor life. - Facilitate the interaction of young people from different social, cultural, political and linguistic realities in order to enrich their personal and professional curriculum. Specific specific objectives were: - The identification of the strengths and weaknesses of each participant, as well as those aspects of their training, skills and capabilities that differentiate them from others when developing their work practice. - Recognize their own emotions and feelings as a means of improving their relationship with themselves and with the work environment. - Learn to enhance their personal image through new techniques of corporal and/or verbal expression, as well as adapting it to different characteristics of the environment, in any of the situations that arise at a personal and/or work level. - Optimize labor development. - Know how to promote collaborative work, reducing interpersonal conflicts, to achieve an improvement in the work environment that facilitates greater effectiveness of the tasks performed. - Being able to identify the opportunities offered by the current social, political and cultural situation in relation to employment, as well as those elements that hinder professional development. - Support and value new initiatives arising from the detection of the emerging needs of a changing society, so that young people have the opportunity to anticipate them. - The creation of tools and mechanisms that facilitate dialogue between young people that allow a constant updating of information and first-hand knowledge of the different social, political, labor and cultural realities existing in Europe. - Support the professional development of youth by providing both young people and those who work with them with new skills and working methods.
