The youth exchange gathered groups from Finland, Georgia, and Romania. The project combined two main activities: First phase: Youth Exchange in Kobuleti, Georgia (6 days +2 travel days) 1.06.2022 – 8.06.2022 Second phase: Youth Exchange in Inari, Finland (6 days + 2 travel days) 21.08.2022 – 28.08 2022. The main aim of the project was to promote equality and non-discrimination among young people. It was crucial to foster the values of equality and non-discrimination among our participants through formal and non-formal education. The main goal was to raise awareness of issues of inequality and discrimination, to promote youth responsibility, and to recognize the signs of discrimination. With this project, we tried to bring and spread different methods of non-formal learning for non-discrimination work with young people in order to strengthen their daily work, raise awareness of rights, empower them to recognize and stand up against discrimination and address the relevant institutions to seek appropriate solutions. The learning objectives of youth exchange were the following: -Improving communication skills and learning how to communicate with others via nonviolent communication; -Exchanging knowledge and examples of good practices in an international community of young people; -Improving understanding of different cultures, religions, and nations; -Raise solidarity and tolerance via multicultural interaction; -Overcome preconceptions, prejudice, and intolerance; -Organize brief seminars on discrimination and intolerance for local adolescents; -Fostering young people's creativity and civic participation by promoting "Erasmus +" chances among them; -Creating an international network of youth (Facebook group); -Developing and improving communication skills in English.
