So, success is not just finding a job to earn money and ensure yourself. It means following your aim, thinking about it, considering it, and working for it. It is not enough to reach success by feeding mental processes. To reach success it is a must to improve yourself in an affective way, to feed and enchance dream world, and to make a connection with aims. So, while people are becoming successful, they aim at helping people, getting away from selfishness and do their job with a sharing mood. The main problem of our era is having people who are away from these competences act with a materialist thinking, ideally and wally. Our project's aim is; Bringing young people who have no self-confidence because of some shapes to their beleifs that they lost, Enhancing their imagination capacities they lost because of life facts, Providing them to gain knowledge and expriences to plan and perform their aims by thinking like an entrepreneur, Feeding young people' imagination that dry up day by day and lead them to have idealist perspective, Telling them that they need to run and work a lot for thier dreams and to make their aims real that they gained, Showing their personel abilities by learning how to work in a group as a team, Avoiding prejudice, racist and discriminative attitude by meeting with new and different cultures, Helping them to find the job they are going to be happy with the help of affective learning.
