#ParlonsInclusion project is based on three of the European youth goals: Equality of all genders; Inclusive societies; Spaces and participation for all; The common denominator is therefore that of offering people with fewer opportunities and less capable young people a chance to become more involved in society and interact with each other regardless of the differences that may remain between them. During this exchange in addition to creating an inclusive space that will allow the participation of all, participants will have the opportunity during the 8 days of the exchange to discuss what social inclusion is, to take stock of inclusion in their respective communities, to express in context whether they felt included or not, to reflect on the impact that Covid-19 has had on inclusion and, above all, to work towards being young European citizens fighting for inclusion. The main objectives of this exchange are: - Respect for cultural diversity: we will not only learn things, but we will also learn to respect each other and to be more tolerant of each other's cultures. - Promoting social inclusion in society: This will be done mainly through a series of workshops and discussions to help us develop a sense of belonging in society. Having a group of young people from different backgrounds, backgrounds, and psycho-social situations, we will learn to increase motivation and a sense of belonging, and we will be made aware of the importance of promoting equal opportunities. - Creating a sense of belonging and European citizenship: by bringing together several young people and 5 different EU countries and offering them a space for participation, exchange, and communication we aim to increase their feelings of belonging to the European community. - Spread and disclose the opportunities offered by the Erasmus program to young people regardless of their conditions. The project will aim to give major opportunities and opportunities to young people who never have the opportunity to participate in this kind of project because of their economy, health or all simply because they had never come to know the project. - Offer an opportunity to entertain and meet other people especially in these times of Covid-19. We believe it is important to give young people the opportunity while taking the right safeguards to be together again and to break out of the exclusion they experienced in these times of COVID-19. We also believe that our project also targets the objectives of the Erasmus program, such as: - Dialogue with marginalized young people by ensuring adequate participation, - Promoting diversity, intercultural and inter-religious dialogue, common values of freedom, tolerance, and respect for human rights by organizing various activities to discuss and promote these themes. - Social inclusion by facilitating access to participants from disadvantaged backgrounds and fewer opportunities compared to their peers; - Promoting multilingualism. During the event, participants will be required to communicate in English and international sign language All this will be made possible through the use of informal and informal learning tools such as disclosure by the European Youth Council.
