Our association is convinced that by bringing together our personal differences, we can become stronger and form a more just and united society. We want to work for this and do it through a tool, essential for all of us, which is cooking and food. This project aims to promote cultural diversity, encourage understanding of others and the practice of intercultural dialogue through the discovery of the food habits of 4 European countries. To support the goal of this project, the following specific objectives are formulated - to get to know the cultures and traditions of Portugal, Spain, France and Macedonia through the organization of intercultural evenings, games, debates... - to discover different approaches to the valorisation of culture through food, culinary and alimentary habits - promote unity, tolerance and solidarity among young people by exploring differences, similarities and doing things together - practice understanding intercultural relationships by providing a space for intercultural dialogue - to inform about non-formal learning opportunities in the framework of the Erasmus+ program - promoting and practicing non-formal education learning methods - to cook traditional and contemporary dishes and to create an international recipe book in several languages. The choice of using cooking as a tool to achieve the goal and objectives of the project is justified by our association's many years of experience in organizing intercultural meetings, including international meals and culinary workshops. This tool allows us to achieve all the objectives mentioned through cooking workshops, discussions, and exhibition days on the countries participating in the project. Several other non-formal tools will be used to reinforce intercultural learning and solidarity, for example, outings to discover the territory, meetings with the population, games, interventions on local events...
