The overall objective of this meeting was to build capacities and give participants the means to work effectively and respectfully around differences related to sexual orientations and better fight against prejudices. It also aimed to develop the skills necessary to engage with an open mind by accepting diversity and encouraging young people to do the same. The objectives of this exchange were as follows: - Increase awareness and understanding of differences in sexual orientation and fight against prejudices related to this - Recognize and challenge stereotypes existing in European societies or present in Europe - Promote intercultural learning - Help participants to cultivate transferable capacities to their own environment - Explore and develop flexible skills Combination and cultural diversity - Create a space for sharing good practices on this topic - Help participants identify common challenges, opportunities and solutions in this area of work - Learn more about the Erasmus + program, create new partnerships and new projects.
