Objectives

The COVID19 pandemic impacted our lives very deeply, mostly youngsters were affected, and many youngsters lost their jobs. Unemployment level increased throughout the EU and its neighborhood. Youth who faced biggest pandemic in their lives are just about to enter adulthood soon and will be the ones deciding and shaping the future of the continent - by voting, by promoting certain values, and by being economic, political and cultural leaders. For some of the young people this is an exciting perspective, for others yet it is intimidating, but undoubtedly for all of them it is connected to paramount responsibility. Unfortunately, many of young people are frightened to actually take this responsibility especially post COVID19 community were self-isolation and social/physical distancing was accepted as civil norm. This is especially valid among people with fewer opportunities - those living in deprived areas, having learning difficulties, facing social obstacles. They are already at risk of discrimination, they often feel left out by the society, and many of them are convinced that there is nothing they can do to change their realities. In result, they grow more passive and dependent on state support, but also - because they feel so neglected - they also are more prone to develop radical, or violent attitudes. Therefore, we need to work hard in order to overcome the after effects of the COVID19. Main reason why partner organizations decided to implement project " AfterCovidLife - Social Entrepreneurship for Youth Empowerment and Recovery" is to address common community challenges and post-COVID19 constrains of youth to explore the correlation between promoting entrepreneurial activities and empowering young people with fewer opportunities and marginalized youth. Moreover, fighting high-level of unemployment, particularly among young people is one of the most urgent tasks for European governments. Too many young people leave school prematurely running a high risk of being unemployed and socially marginalized. The same risk threatens many adults with low skills. Technologies are changing the way in which society operates, and there is a need to ensure the best use is made of them. EU businesses and organizations need to become more aware of working with youth with fewer opportunities through creative and innovative activities. All of the specific objectives of this project stay in accordance with the objectives of the Erasmus+ program in the field of youth. This project was carried out in order to support youth rehabilitation and support their innovative and creative ideas. By doing this project we aimed at empowering young people who would be able to create more possibilities for themselves and their peers, which will both diminish the risk of their exclusion but also decrease the probability of their radicalization and developing violent attitudes. At the same time, since this project was addressed to youth both from EaP and Program Countries, it was to contribute to reinforced cooperation between those two regions and increasing the competences of young people working with youth on a cross-European level. . Objectives of the project: 1) To promote social entrepreneurship as a method and drive for social and economic changes; 2) To support the implementation of the European policy agenda for growth, jobs, equity and social inclusion; 3) To combat post COVID19 crisis for youth based organizations and youth workers working with disadvantaged youth; 4) To give benefits to individuals, institutions, organizations and society as a whole by contributing to growth and ensuring equity, prosperity and social inclusion in Europe and beyond; 5) To promote the knowledge about social entrepreneurship and its potential benefits for young people at risk(youth with fewer opportunities, marginalized youth, young migrants) of exclusion from labor market post Covid-19 crisis; 6) To create networking among individuals and like-minded organizations between Program Countries and EaP countries;
