The goals of the project are: - Elaboration and launching the idea of social entrepreneurship - Capacity building in the field of innovation of informal and non-formal tools - Increased number of activities in the local community in the direction of more active participation of young people By achieving the goals of this project, we have increased the capacities and capabilities of the organization, Produções Fixe (PT) and OIP Posejdon (HR). The project efficiently supported and empowered the both organizations to more effectively and successfully implement future ideas of social entrepreneurship in the regular work of the organization. During the project, we researched the functioning, planning, implementation of a social enterprise and deepened knowledge about the concept of social innovation. For OIP Posejdon, the ultimate goal is to successfully start social entrepreneurship and integrate young people into this business, all with the aim of strengthening the capacity of young people and raising the quality of life in the local community. Along the way, it was extremely important for us to gather information and knowledge from organizations that are already successful in them.Also in the dissemination period, OIP Posejdon increased the number of local activities, and so far we have achieved 3 activities (environmental, assistance to the needy, assistance in organizing sports activities). Produções Fixe, during this activity reflected the implementation of current activities in the field of youth, educational work and social entrepreneurship. The questioning by Igor of current practices and ways of working, created the needed critical thoughts and reflections. The social entrepreneurship currently implemented has been reviewed through objectively taking a ‘distance’ to our practice based upon relevant and sometimes unexpected questions (e.g. ‘How social is the social entrepreneurship?’) This project has reinforced the previous cooperation between the both organizations, and new follow up projects have appeared meanwhile. This not only under the concrete form of a new Strategic Partnership where both are involved, but also in an ongoing regular ‘check-up’ on the results and findings of this job shadowing/study visit project.
