Objectives

By this project we would like to address identified problems, such as increasing negative perception of diversity which is resulting in rise of different forms of discrimination. Young people are very easy to be manipulated and they can easily adapt negative believes and behaviors which has wider social consequences, especially long-term. In the end, big problem is also that sports is being very often used as excuse and cover to express prejudice and hate which have background in diversity. As active young people, we want to start making positive changes by addressing these issuess and finding common way how to help to our communities to overcome them. Based on the listed issues, we have a strong need to promote diversity as a value, to address discrimination intolerance based on any type of diversity background, to promote and encourage positive perception and attitude towards diversity at global level, but especially in our communities, to promote sport as a tool for enhancing understanding, inclusion and peaceful coexistence despite differences. This is what we want to achieve through this project. Aim of "All for one, sport for all" is to provide space for young people to learn about diversity and to reflect critically on it, while, at the same time, living healthy and actively by doing different sport activities and learning how to use sport as a tool to promote and enhance diversity. Objectives: • to provide space for mutual learning about diversity in order to understand it better i.e. to exchange views and opinions through meeting other young people with different backgrounds • to explore and to critically reflect on own attitude towards diversity • to depth insight on different forms of discrimination and to understand how sport can be used to fight against it and to support inclusion • to exchange experience and to create new strategies on how to enhance and support diversity and inclusion through sport • to learn about different sports • to understand how are the values related to diversity reflected in those sports
