ImageIN aimed to create a 2.0 youth worker/educator equipped with multiple tools to develop competencies and create a personal path towards competence implementation and goal accomplishment to become a change agent in the own local community focusing on youth leadership and leadership empowerment. The selected participants got a chance to participate in 2 fully-funded training courses to build: - Competencies to develop coaching tools to apply in regular youth work and specifically in an effort towards social inclusion. - Competences to empower and build confidence and motivation in young people from their realities and organisations. - Competences in facilitating learning of young people locally and in international contexts. - Competencies in implementing graphic facilitation processes. That was accomplished by implementing a two-step key action mobility of youth workers programme, which included elements of local practice: 1. Training for coaches on youth empowerment with coaching tools, held in Balatonszárszó, Hungary, in January 2023 2. Training for facilitators on youth empowerment and leadership tools, held in Vác, Hungary, in April 2023 Objectives of the overall program: - To train youth workers to become trainers on social inclusion while also developing competencies of empowering with visuals, enabling them to locally implement training on social inclusion in their local reality. - To train the same group of youth workers, upon completion of the local training on social inclusion with a basic set of coaching competencies, and to work with the participants on the local training on social inclusion to develop their action plans. - To train youth workers to think visually (as a base for graphic facilitation) and to give them a how-to-use guide in youth work with a special focus on social inclusion - To observe, monitor, assess and evaluate both the residential international training for trainers and coaches and graphic facilitation, as well as the local actions, in order to provide empirical evidence and verifiable indicators of the efficacy of this formula and its need to be further implemented and invested upon.
