The project was closely linked to the goals of the Erasmus+ program. Our aim was for the organizations participating in the program to meet the expectations of Erasmus+ projects in terms of the results and visibility of each project. As an experienced implementer, we see that the results need to be created in such a way that they can be transferred to other sectors, sustainable after the grant period and influence future policy and practices. It is also important to emphasize the European values to the activities supported by Erasmus+. This can contribute to a favorable picture of the public and to stimulate a wider participation in the EU program. This will achieve the expected goal, contributing to the implementation and shaping of national and European policies and systems by the projects. In connection with this project, we focused on continuous, visible but financially sustainable organically spreading communication. In addition to the opportunities offered by the online space, we have tried to introduce and exploit an innovative offline option that can reach the target groups, which is suitable for multiplying our projects, enhancing the effects, and getting the results as widely as possible, and different target groups to address. The specific objectives to be achieved in the activities at local (preparation) and international level were: / to help all relevant professionals to keep in mind the importance of disseminating and exploiting the results of the projects they implement / explore how to increase the impact of youth projects within our organizations and communities / expand opportunities for non-formal teaching methods and techniques in the creation of projects to meet the needs of young people / providing participants with the necessary skills for strategic thinking and planning to increase the visibility of projects / ICT, i.e. learning about and using information and communication technologies for visibility / opportunities and benefits of personal, offline reach in order to involve and reach the target groups / getting to know the Erasmus+ Program in depth and exchanging experiences with it / the importance and usefulness of Youthpass, measuring and documenting learning processes / quality assurance - How to measure the real success of the project? How can dissemination really be successful? / promoting a sense of initiative (preparation, conduction, planning and implementation of campaign events with energizers) / promoting the ability to formulate and implement individual goals It was of paramount importance to promote the practical application of the theme processed during the project for the participants, the partner organizations and all organizations working on the topic. During the training, our goal was to create and jointly create a "TOOL BOOK" suitable for all partner organizations, participants and all organizations implementing international projects, which helps the implementers with practical experience. It is available both online and offline. During the project, the participants organized campaign event, which were implemented in Székesfehérvár. In addition to promoting the Erasmus+ program, this aims to gain practical experience and share best practices in order to reach the target groups offline, involve them more successfully and gain visibility. These events were streamed live on online social channels and then shared on our online channels in order to reach as many people as possible with the goal of our project.
