Europe's current, and one of the biggest problems that needs to be solved is the issue of unemployment. Work, activity is a means of sustaining human existence and at the same time it is what takes us forward . The curiosity of human nature is satisfied by the existence and operation of work, providing a space for self-realization. Work is an integral part of human life, which has a great impact on many of our spiritual activities as well. Unemployment creates a state of mind that can result in psychological processes that may be contrary to man's behavior, or even physical decline, which can cause the loss of the entire society in the event of a large extent. This means that society as a whole must be aware of the correct direction of work and work processes for successful joint economic activity. Unemployment is therefore a topic that can not be neutral to a person, and everyone should count on it and, if possible, help those who do not have a job. The following priorities for action in the European Union's employment policy are known: - Active and preventive measures against inactivity and nemployment - Strengthening entrepreneurship and promoting job creation - Preparing for changes in work and promoting adaptation - More and better investment in human capital, supporting the strategy of lifelong learning - Increasing labor supply, reducing inactivity - Ensuring gender equality The social and geographic environment influences and determines the current and future opportunities for young people, and even influences their values and inspiration. There are different opportunities in different societies that may form a gap between young people. There are huge differences between the different social groups in terms of their role in the labor market as well. Thanks to the many negative experiences, they can become pessimistic, which makes it even more difficult to find a job. Unemployment can not only affect low-educated, multiply disadvantaged, but also young educated, tertiary educated people. Our overall goal was to develop the competence of young people through experiential learning. To contribute to the ability to promote their own activities, to take responsibility and to stand up for themselves, to find possible solutions to improve the youth unemployment that is affecting them, and to create their jobs. To help them find the tools that can be used to bring practical experience to their job search. Learn about communication techniques that are more successful in finding a job, learn how to manage, allocate time, think critically, and become able to make important decisions about the topic. Young people need to be encouraged to continue learning, training themselves, thereby giving them greater opportunities for themselves in the labor market. Our long-term, indirect goal was to be able to motivate and encourage the members of the target group, who go beyond the development of their competencies in the project. Representatives of six different nations participated in the program. Participating countries: Estonia, Greece, Bulgaria, Italy, Spain and Hungary.
