There are a lot of youth work practitioners who lack the digital skills or attitudes to fully benefit from the opportunities created by digital technologies for delivering quality youth work. Many youth workers see digital media only as social media. Their understanding of the possibilities of digital media and technology should be widened. Through this project we aimed to increase the quality of Digital Youth Work of partner NGOs in particular and - on a wider sense - the quality of youth work in general. In order to achieve that, we established two SMART objectives, as follows: Objective 1: To widen the understanding of the possibilities of digital media and technology for a number of 30 youth workers from 10 international NGOs, by the end of the project. Objective 2. To upskill youth workers' digital competences for 10 international NGOs, by the end of the project.
