"EU and we can", was realized in Rimini Torre Pedrera, Italy from 2nd to 10th May 2022 and saw the participation of 36 youth from Italy, Spain, Poland, France, Hungary and Romania. "EU and we can" was a laboratory experience for starting businesses in the creative / cultural sector. The youth exchange provided participants with an important tool to analyze and design a business model, understand the process of producing value in cultural and creative companies, develop an entrepreneurial mindset and an international vision. Participants met cultural and creative companies, having the opportunity to learn byobservation and through an interview with industry experts. The project aimed at: - promote knowledge of the sector of cultural and creative enterprises, especially among young people; - knowledge of the regulations for starting a business in the cultural and creative business sector (permits, security, licenses); - provide young people with significant skills for job placement and business start-ups; - create a network of cultural and creative companies in local and international territorial areas; - to promote the development of European cultural and creative enterprises. - knowledge of the financing possibilities of a creative startup (national funds, European financing, banks and private investors); - use of the Business Model Canvas "EU and we can" has allowed to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to start a business in artistic craftsmanship. The participants, starting from the Business Model Canvas, carried out group work, simulating theplanning of starting a small business.
