Our vision for this project was to make awareness and its elements present and available in organizations working with young people and thus help them explore and experiment with more efficient and creative ways of approaching them by developing their abilities to be fully present, listen, accept and act, equipping them with new tools that they can use in their practices and activities. For this project the following objectives were defined: - create a stimulating, friendly and safe environment for participants to explore the topic of conscious movement, awareness and BodyMindCentering® in youth work. - Introduce innovative, attractive and interactive methodologies in the field of youth work, to stimulate the exchange of good practices and to train participants on how to design, facilitate and debrief on existing and new non-formal learning sessions. - increase the capacities of the NGOs involved through the development of their members, their networks and future collaborations
