The Municipality where the project took place is Falconara Albanese, one of the Arberese towns of Calabria. The small country, being inhabited by an Albanian minority in Italy, it turned out to be the perfect territory for carrying out inclusive activities and in support of young people at risk of discrimination. In fact, living in a municipality located within a nation that does not reflect its own language, traditions, holidays, traditional music and historical-cultural heritage, makes the inhabitants of Falconara Albanese the right example of maintaining a strong cultural identity. and also a suitable model for a discourse on social integration. Each participating group dug into their own and others' past, bringing to light the traditions, folk tales, habits and customs, thus expressing the collective imagination relating to the territory to which they belong. Young people have rediscovered that their individual identities are like pieces of a mosaic, many stories that have intersected in a single great common narrative. A common heritage tends to act as a glue and intercultural dialogue has made it possible to increase their power to find common points and learn from each other. The awareness of one's own opinions and of how culture is a vehicle of beliefs and values and leads to the desire to share in a horizontal and peaceful way, stimulating creativity and comparison. This process, brought on the great flow of information of social networks, as well as in the realities of the 4 communities involved, has favored a decrease in discrimination between social groups and greater inclusion, thanks to the direct action of the participants as stockbrokers of their territories. . In addition to supporting the realization of the project objectives, the activities contributed to specific objectives that are important for the success of the exchange: - Provide young people with tools for personal and cultural expression, teaching them how to use the performing and performing arts for educational purposes; - Promote a good approach to the use of technology and digital content, creating them for the purpose of sharing meaningful experiences with peers - Share the local and traditional cultures and habits of each country, bringing together young people in a village with a marked Arbereshe minority, where they will have the opportunity to get an idea of the local tradition and relate it to that of other countries.
