The "Encouraging Youth Entrepreneurship" project focuses on youth employability and useful skills to find a job even with limited experience. The aim of the project is to give participants a wide picture of all that it takes to approach the labour market in a competitive way. The project idea was born to meet the needs of youth coming from different part of the European area, that report difficulties in accessing the labour market without previous experience, lack of opportunities to get that experience and skills mismatch. Therefore, the project main objectives consist of favouring exchanging opinions and experiences among young people, in order to make them more resilient in terms of social exclusion and harsh conditions, making them express a creative spirit to concretely produce a video to be shared among their fellows; developing their skills in terms of employability, equipping them with the knowledge of public speaking, creative cv writing, and job market through non-formal activities enhancing collaboration and team spirit; raising cultural awareness about the negative consequences of youth unemployment for the entire society and the dangers linked to the development of different extremism movements in different countries (e.g far right politics and nationalism movements, radicalisation of religious movements); encouraging European youth cooperation, establishing a blog where youth from difficult areas can express themselves and upload their social network photos, to have a track of their everyday life.
