Project "Make It Happen" (Riga, Latvia 27.09.-06.10.2021.) promoted interest of young people in organising events, integrating into EU society and reducing the unemployment rate by organising creative workshops and seminars, which provided participants with the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge. In the event participated 30 young people from Denmark, Estonia and Latvia. By acquiring new skills, using non formal learning methods, young people gained skills be able to organise an event, also contributing to their careers and jobs in the future. The opportunity to organise the event is available to any young people today: the needs of society for different experiences of culture are ever increasing, both in terms of available places and in terms of themes. Technically, it is not difficult to do this, but for the event to be successful, it is necessary to plan it accurately, in cooperation with the team, to prepare the scenario, the necessary technical and material provision.
