Youth Exchange "Employ my abilities" aimed to explore and introduce participants with different tools, methods, and tips & tricks on how to use the power of their already existing knowledge, skills, and attitudes to get the job that they want and employ them. The following objectives have for this youth exchange: 1. Explore what is competence and what it consists of (knowledge, skills, and attitudes) 2. Using non-formal methods develop and improve employability skills including communication, collaboration, active listening, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and integrity 3. Explore what is "the right job" for me (at least for now) 4. Explore how Linked-in can be effectively used to connect with people and have higher job expectancy 5. Improve interviewing and self-presentation skills to prepare for interviews 6. Learn how to develop future project ideas in the framework of ESC and Erasmus+ 7. Promote the Erasmus+ program and the opportunities that youngsters have with this program, including job-shadowing and volunteering.
