The main goal of the exchange is to give the participants entrepreneurial skills and encourage them to seize the opportunities of the circular economy like reusing, repairing, and upcycling. This is really important for young people who are entering the labor market and providing them with this kind of skillset gives them a base of knowledge on which they can thrive. Through the project, we will also achieve the following specific objectives: (1)We will provide the participants with the knowledge and first-hand information from already established businesses with innovative business models in order to motivate them to start planning their own innovative business. As a part of the project, we will also create green entrepreneurial objectives (GEO) action plans that will empower the participants to take positive actions and initiatives within their local community. (2) The youth exchange will also present itself as a platform on which the participants will exchange good practices and examples from their home countries which will strengthen the collaboration between the participants and expand their ways of thinking and put themselves in other's shoes. That way we will encourage young people to be more open-minded and start thinking of ways the can get other people involved from their local community.
